Abstract

The oil industry has witnessed tremendous growth in recent decades, prompting Iraq to take a new approach aimed at establishing a sustainable international network These developments are global economic, social and environmental facing internal changes to ensure the sustainability of the industry and its negative impact on the environment and society Other ways should be explored to reduce In this chapter, we will explore how more benefits can be achieved by applying aspects of sustainable internationalization to the Iraqi oil industry. These benefits include improving productivity, increasing corporate social responsibility, and reducing environmental and social risks. Implementation of this theory is not only essential for achieving sustainable development, but also contributes to improving the lives of humanity by increasing environmental sustainability through carbon dioxide reducing emissions This study aims to provide a sustainable international network for the Iraqi oil industry. It also focuses on reducing emissions We will discuss the key elements of a sustainable international network in the Iraqi oil industry and how they can be used to achieve the desired benefits. These measures include improving resource management, fostering innovation in manufacturing processes, and implementing environmentally and socially responsible practices A mixed approach was adopted built on this model which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches for a more comprehensive and transparent understanding of the issue. This approach provides a valid model that can be applied to all companies operating in the Iraqi oil industry, ensuring sustainability of international relations, reducing risk and increasing social responsibility. Through this chapter, we aim to show how this model can lead to real change in the Iraqi oil industry and help achieve long-term development goals, making the oil industry a model for development as it will be sustainable and socially responsible. Data were collected and procured through the creation of a database of oil companies operating in Iraq. This allowed for the actual implementation of sustainable international cooperation, sustainable development, social responsibility, and special initiatives to help mitigate climate change impacts the accounts were analyzed through a variety of methods an about qualitative and quantitative included, different findings for each type Have also been made.
