Abstract

Due to the varying quiddity of the business environment and critical market competition, the strength of information systems has become vital for most organizations to be viable and extend a sustained competitive advantage. Organizations are increasingly facing acute pressure to increase their performance with minimal resources and ensure the maximum utilization of resources in an effective and efficient manner One way to improve performance is through collaborative learning. Information has become crucial to making the organization competitive and adaptive by taking evidence-based decisions. The conceptual model of the research is presented in this research. Based on this model, the Cooperative learning variable is independent. The performance of the organizations has a dependent role and the variable of business intelligence has a mediating role in this. The survey method is used to collect information from the audience using a questionnaire. This questionnaire is one of the first-hand sources of research. In this way, the raw data needed to test the hypotheses will be distributed through a questionnaire that will be distributed among the managers and senior staff of Iraqi hospitals. These resources are considered second-hand resources. This method has been used to review the literature and background of the subject. These resources include articles in reputable management journals, scientific journals, master's theses, and related books. The final research model will be provided in the research and appropriate suggestion will presented based on the research findings.
