This study aimed to investigate the effect of Aerobic exercise on reducing women's anxiety and aggression among married women in Amol. The method of research was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group. The study population consisted of all married women who referred to the city's Aerobics clubs in Amol in the second half of 1394, that among these participants, 40 women was selected in a voluntary sampling method and divided in two experimental and control groups and the experimental group received aerobic training for 8 weeks. Both of groups responded to Back's questionnaire in pre-test and post-test. Analysis of the data showed that aerobic training have had significant effect on reduction of anxiety (P= 0.003), aggression (P= 0.000), and the components of physical aggression (P= 0.042), verbal aggression (P= 0.006), anger (P= 0.000) and hostility (P= 0.006) on married women. Thus, according to the research findings can be said that aerobics has an impact on reducing married women's anxiety and aggression.
