چکیده In the present study, five nano logical gates have been designed by means of eight rectangular Kerr nonlinear resonators in a unique plasmonic structure. All the logical gates were simulated with a single nano plasmonic composition, capitalizing on the two-dimensional Finite-Difference-Time-Domain method. The results showed that, on average, the transmission differences for the AND, NOR, OR, NAND, and XOR gates were 98%, 99%, 200%, 94%, and 96%, respectively, with a time response of 50 femtoseconds for all gates. In addition, it was found that the calculation of manufacturing tolerance can be considered as a practical method to consider the production error of logic gates. In the end, this paper provides positive outcomes for the future of computational integrated circuits in photonics.
