چکیده	The oxidative coupling of aromatic thiols into the corresponding disulfides with urea-hydrogen peroxide using a Mn(III)-salen complex as catalyst under mild conditions is described. This system provides an efficient, convenient and practical method for the syntheses of symmetrical disulfides.
