Sour gas contains many non-hydrocarbon components such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide gas, and these unwanted impurities cause many problems, such as corrosion, causing great damage to transportation networks and facilities as well as causing environmental pollution. In this research, the gas sweetening process in the Badra oil field was studied by the ASPEN HYSYS V.11 using the Acid-Gas–Chemical Solvent package and (0.0169MDEA + 0.78 H20+0.05 SULFOLANE) and carry out the optimization process by sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) mothed in aspen hysys software. The effect of temperature of feed gas, temperature and molar flow of make-up water on carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide gas in sweet gas was studied. Improvement was made in both individual and multi-goal-goal conditions, and the optimal conditions for each of these situations were provided. The results show that with the use of the new optimum conditions, the quality of the sweet gas will increase because the concentration of H2S and CO2 will decrease. Single objective optimizations of process were performed to minimize the concentration of CO2 and in two objective optimizations of process were performed minimize the concentration CO2 and H2S in the sweet gas. And in three objective optimizations of process were performed minimize the concentration CO2 and H2S in the sweet gas and minimize of condenser duty. And in three objective optimizations of process were performed minimize the concentration CO2 and H2S in the sweet gas and minimize of condenser duty and total regenerator duty .
