Supplier management is one of the complex, sensitive and multifaceted measures in supply chain that has the most effect on the successful performance of a supply chain. Selection, segmentation and development of the supplier are three important parts of supplier management. With globalization and increasing disruption and vulnerability of supply chain, the resilience of all components of supply chain is necessary. For this reason, the present study was conducted with consideration of two dimensions of resilience enhancer and resilience reducer to select and segment suppliers. The Grey DEMATEL technique was used to determine the importance degree of the criteria for each of these two dimensions, and then, using Grey Simple Additive Weighting technique (GSAW), the score of each supplier was determined according to each dimension. Based on the findings, customization was known the most important enhancer criterion and the supplier's capacity limit was the most significant reducer. Finally, vulnerable, sensitive, volatile and resilient suppliers were identified in accordance with the suppliers' score in both enhancer and reducer dimensions, and strategies were also provided for supplier development
