چکیده

According to the increasing significance of intangible properties of in organizations, this research study investigates the role of social responsibility in intellectual property among Bahman Group Automobile Manufacturing Staff. By concerning its purpose, the present study is practical since there exist characteristics of a practical research study regarding the topic of “identification and explanation of the framework of social responsibility by concerning the intellectual capital” with Bahman Group Automobile Manufacturing as the subjects of the study. The statistical population of the present study, according to its conditions is limited and therefore, it is necessary to use the related mathematical formula in order to determine the sample size (selecting samples from limited statistical society). Based on research findings, this study is descriptive and correlational and the instrument of data collection in this research study is questionnaire. The results revealed that there is a relationship between social responsibility and intellectual property, from the viewpoint of staff. According to the study of the research hypotheses, we can conclude that all factors and types of social responsibility can affect the growth of intellectual capital. If social responsibility is considered from the perspective of the intended organization’s staffs, we can have more elite staffs and achieve the ultimate goal of human resources management that is converting human resources to human capital.
