Introduction: Rapid changes in today's world have led organizations to face a number of challenges, but there are organizations that succeed in using the opportunities created by them to benefit from modern management tools and technologies. Economic activity in the global competitive environment relies on the acceptance of the organization's output by global customers, and only organizations can provide class-leading products that provide systems and mechanisms for achieving this class of production The main promise of all the world's commercial and industrial companies is to achieve global capabilities, in other words better globalization. To achieve this goal, organizations must be able to meet the quality and standards that are acceptable to global markets. Comprehensive quality management is one of the most effective tools for reaching the global production target. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of comprehensive quality management in the world-class production for the economic development of the sports industry. Methodology: The present study is a review and library study. This research is of a qualitative type, which is presented in the form of secondary studies in the form of a review using theoretical foundations, theories and findings of the areas of overall quality management, global production, and sports industry. Results: In fact, the sports industry is a kind of economic market, in which individuals, companies, businesses and organizations involved in the production, facilitation, promotion or organization of sporting activities are concentrated. Since comprehensive quality management plays a very important role in customer satisfaction, its improvement in the achievement of global class production for the development of the sports industry will not be achieved unless the proper management of this philosophy is important.
