In this paper, we introduce the notion of fuzzy Hv-semigroups, fuzzy Hv-groups and fuzzy Hv-homomorphisms and establish connections between fuzzy Hv- semigroups and Hv-semigroups. Also, we de ne and analyze the concept of fuzzy (strong) hypercongruences on fuzzy Hv-semigroups.
