This research deals with a detailed study of the most important methods and techniques used to obtain several types of nanomaterials such as silver, gold and silicon nanoparticles, using laser radiation and according to the type of material, where three basic techniques were used for this purpose. nanoparticles where a laser was used (LAL) and the variable was the laser power as well as gold nanoparticles were obtained using a laser (Nd:Yag) and the variable was the wavelength of the laser also silicon nanoparticles were obtained using the fiber laser and the variable was the laser energy and in an additional study we used the same laser again To divide and break the nanoparticles into particles of smaller sizes and with new specifications. The second method is (LIE), in which silicon structures were obtained using a green diode laser on a small slice of silicon immersed in acid (HF). The variable was time. The third technique is (LIFT) where (Nd:Yag) was used on a sample of silver nanopaste, and the variable is the laser energy. After preparing the samples, a set of tests were conducted, according to the type of the sample. An examination (FE SEM) of silicone showed irregular shapes and sizes (19.58,21.72,46.14nm) and an examination of (XRD) for the same sample showed a match with the silicon element card and the highest peak at (69) Also, the volume average for the same sample in the (22.44nm) test is (AFM) As for the (UV) test for silver particles, the transmittance peak was at (400nm), while gold particles had the greatest absorption value at (600nm) wavelengths, and silicon particles had the highest absorption value at (500nm) and (450nm)
