Metallic nanoparticles are very important because of their physical and chemical properties, optical, catalytic, electronic, magnetic and antibacterial properties and because they have a large number of atoms on their surface compared to the atoms in their stack. Among the most important nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, which in recent years have been assigned the most work in the field of synthesis of various plants and fruits by green synthesis method have been synthesized and studied with using Uv-Visible (UV-Vis), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The reason is that it has many applications in various fields such as - nonlinear optics, spectrally selective coating - for absorbing solar energy, - bio-labeling, endoscopic materials - materials for electric batteries - as photoreceptors, catalysts in chemical reactions, materials They have antibacterial, stable chemicals and good electrical conductors. In some studies, conducted in this field, it has been determined that metal nanoparticles have good antibacterial activity and the position of each main peak in the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum indicates the presence of this type of metal nanoparticles. Here, like other researchers in green synthesis, we take atomic force or scanning electron microscopic images and Fourier transform infrared spectra of plants Suaeda vermiculata, ginger, pomegranate peel. We identify the geometric structure of the samples and the phase of the crystals. We will compare the characteristics listed above of the silver nanoparticles extracted from the mentioned plants and we will study their bacterial activity against positive and negative gram and finally we will introduce the best sample.
