چکیده	The development of new synthetic methods for the efficient preparation of heterocycles containing the phthalazine ring fragment is an interesting challenge because they are known to possess multiple biological activities such as antimicrobial,1 anticonvulsant,2 antifungal,3 anticancer,4 anti-inflammatory,5 cardiotonic,6 and vasorelaxant activities.7–10 Consequently, preparation of phthalazine derivatives with interesting biological activities has attracted particular attention, and a variety of methods for the synthesis of phthalazines have been developed
