چکیده Gemfibrozil is a white crystalline powder, that melting point is 58-61°C .Gemfibrozil is a drug that is used to lower low-density cholesterol and triglycerides and increase the level of high-density cholesterol in the blood. Therefore, gemfibrozil is a medicine that helps prevent coronary heart disease. This medicine does not cure high blood cholesterol level, but only controls the condition. Reducing the intake of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol through food, doing enough exercise, losing weight until reaching the desired weight, and quitting smoking increase the effect of this medicine [11]. Gemfibrozil is a drug from the fibrates category with the chemical formula C15H22O3 and molecular weight of 250/1333 gmol. This drug is not soluble in water, but it is soluble in ethanol, this drug is completely soluble .in relatively dilute bases Considering the importance and place of gemfibrozil in blood cholesterol control on the one hand and the advantages of thin film microextraction method on the other hand, in this research it is tried to synthesize Zn-Mg-Al LDH modihed TEOS in combination with PVDF for TFME.
