In this paper, finite element bases are used for numerical solution of nonlinear time fractional Burgers; equation in one dimension by finite volume element method. Analysis of this scheme is obtained and the stability of the method is discussed. Also, the numerical results are presented to compare with analytical solution in order to confirm the high accuracy of the presented method.
