In recent years, multi component reactions (MCRs) have gained eminence as an efficient access to assemble molecular complexity with attractive biological features through the simple and readily available starting materials in a one-pot operation.1 1,2,3-Triazole derivatives are an important class of compounds for medicinal chemistry and exhibit a wide range of biological properties such as antiepileptic, anti-allergic, 2 anticancer 3 and anti HIV proporties. 4 Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are used as effient catalysts, because they are easily separable and have high surface area vs. bulk materials that improves their activity.5 In this work, we represent an efficient synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives via a one-Pot-three-component reaction using functionalized Magnetic nanoparticles as catalyst.
