Abstract

Each company faces challenges in its business management, such as employee salaries, relationships, work standards, environment and corruption, which should focus on managing issues in order to help companies manage their operations more sustainably and achieve their most ideal goals. Supply chain is a network of processes for integrating into material and information planning and control so that their ultimate goal is to provide customers with goods and services that includes suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers. Together in harmony and coherent to satisfy customers, they work together. In this study, the first issue of the supply chain involves a manufacturer, a vendor, and several products that demand the market for products as uncertain and ambiguous, and provides an analytical model for it. In the problem, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to indicate uncertainty and ambiguity in demand. Here, the problem is investigated and compared in both coordinated and non-coordinated retailer and manufacturer mode. After fuzzy mathematical calculations, the coordinated mode between retailer and manufacturer was selected as the optimal supply chain policy. In the next step, the supply chain issue with several products, multiple vendors, multiple manufacturers, and several periods with fuzzy parameters are investigated. Supply chain management is a combination of art and science that is used to improve the access to raw materials, the production of products or services, and the transfer of it to the customer, and includes the entire complex of internal and external systematic activities of a company that is codified And with a sophisticated view, organizes and directs all business processes within the supply chain, and aims to optimize those processes at minimum cost and maximum efficiency. In this paper, due to the importance of sustainable supply chain management, in particular in terms of uncertainty, a fuzzy approach, as well as help in manag
