Fission fragments mass distribution and fission cross section for proton-induced fission of some isotopes of Thorium and Uranium at low energies are simulated. A phenomenological method is employed to estimate the fragments mass distribution of 230;232;234Th and 233;235;238U isotopes. The Prokofiev semi-empirical method was also employed in order to obtain the fission cross sections of proton-induced fission of 232Th and 233;234;235;236;238U isotopes. The adjustable parameters of these phenomenological approaches are obtained using available experimental data in a given energy by the least squares method. Consequently, the calculated fragments mass distribution and fission cross sections are compared with the available experimental data. The obtained results reveal that the fragments mass distribution and the proton-induced fission cross sections are in a good agreement with the available experimental data.
