The fatty acid composition obtained by Soxhlet extractor from the leaves, stems and roots of the plant were analysed by GC and GC-MS, separately. Palmitic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid were found to be the major fatty acids in all parts. Polyunsaturated fatty acids compositions were higher than saturated fatty acids in all parts.
