Pfeifer record model is one of the most famous models that includes classical record model. In the last decade, observations of near-record and their asymptotic behavior have been studied. In this paper, the concept of of near nth Pfeifer to observations that fall into random regions is generalized. Also, their asymptotic properties are studied.
