Abstract

In the contemporary world, there are various harms and threats to human growth and prosperity. Some of the most important ones are: Delinquency, alienation from oneself, endangering human health (as defined by the mental health organization), destruction of the environment, distance from God and war. These injuries are not a human right and a way must be found to get rid of them. The science of philosophy with its high content can show people a better way to live; A better life from the perspective of this science includes all-round prosperity in this world and the hereafter. If philosophy can find its original position, there is hope for the influence of this knowledge in human life. Like other philosophers of the world, Muslim philosophers also sought to discover and design the best path for human flourishing. Shihab al-Din Yahya ibn Habash Suhrawardi (1154–1191) is one of the greatest Muslim philosophers who has detailed and important works. Suhrawardi is the one who created the philosophical school of Enlightenment philosophy (Ishraq), which expanded after his death. Suhrawardi has been called the leader of the Platonists of the Islamic world. He was able to find a precise plan for the exit and liberation of man from the darkness of the material world. Suhrawardi believes that the source of human sadness and unhappiness and the emergence of various injuries is the forgetting of the true self; Because many people only think about their body and appearance. He is one of the thinkers who explained his philosophical content with beautiful parables. In this matter, he used parables to get rid of it. For example, with the allegory and story of the Loqat Moran (the language of ants), the main cause of world damage and human sadness is the forgetting of the original place of life. He believes that if we can know our origin correctly, we will regret it. In other words, we don't seek to do negative things in life and we try to create the best life for ourselves and other people. It is in that state that we will try to eliminate harms such as poverty so that other human beings can also find their original selves and be on the path of prosperity. I hope we can use the works of Eastern and Western philosophers to draw a beautiful path for the living and prosperity of all human beings.
