Abstract
|
A green and efficient method for the preparation of 2,3-dihydroquinazoline from the reaction between 2-aminobenzamides and various aldehydes were accomplished under ball milling conditions using montmorillonite K-10 as a grinding auxiliary and catalyst. High yield, short reaction time, and easy work up are the advantages of this method. Another important feature of this strategy is the use of a catalyst with the ability to be recycled and reused, which makes the process more economical.
