Preparation of a nanocatalyst ( Fe3O4@SiO2@DNHCS-Tr@CuI) containing PAMAM dendrimer and trypsin enzyme supported on magnetic nanosilica on which CuI NPs were immobilized was reported in this paper. This nanocatalyst was characterized using FT-IR, FE-SEM, EDX, elemental mapping, XRD, and ICP analyses. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4@ SiO2@DNHCS-Tr@CuI was evaluated by A3- coupling reaction, which indicated a highly efficient activity for the synthesis of propargylamines in green conditions, with high yields, short reaction times and easy separation and recovery of the catalyst for further use
