Abstract

In this study, behavior of concrete with different cement factor in wet and dry form was investigated by laboratory methods. The half-value layer and tenth-value layer was obtained for shielding against γ-radiation using the linear attenuation coefficient. The results of this study are shown that by increasing cement factor and time passage, the linear attenuation coefficient of γ-rays increases, this trend continues until the twenty-fourth day.
