Abstract. For a commutative semiring R with non-zero identity, the graph Ω(R) of R, is the graph whose vertices are all elements of R and two distinct vertices x and y are adjacent if and only if the product of the co-ideals generated by x and y is R. In this paper, we study some properties of this graph such as planarity, domination number and connectivity.
