In modern management, a company tries to establish a long-term relationship with its supplier to ensure its stable source and therefore evaluating supplier has become even more critical than ever in gaining strategic advantage in supply chain management. The suppliers should fulfill certain basic conditions by the company. Therefore, supplier evaluation and selection is a complex multi criteria decision making problem involving various tangible and intangible factors in the supply chain management system. In this paper, which was conducted in Zarrin Ghazal Company, We tried to identify the most important criteria in choosing the suppliers and determine the importance of each of them according to the experts, select the best supplier. Therefore, the supplier selection criteria required for a sample of the packaging requirements of the company was identified through a questionnaire survey of relevant experts And then using the customer's demands and their importance was determined DEMATEL structural relationships, House of quality model to determine the technical requirements and their importance and in the end handled using fuzzy VIKOR, was selected best supplier.
