Preeclampsia is a gestation-specific disorder. The purpose of this research was to compile all the genes related to Preeclampsia and determine the top ten genes as well as determine the most important biological functions related to this disease. A comprehensive review was performed using the PubMed database. The GeneMANIA Cytoscape and Cytoscape’s plugin CytoHubba apps were used to investigate these associations. Our results showed that 207 genes are associated with the risk of Preeclampsia.
