The Internet is a unique experiment in interaction between agents. As the Internet popularity grows, so do the network resources needed in order to sustain its worldwide availability. Recently, routing games are used to understand the ecacy of sel sh agent's decisions on Internet network eciency and availability [6]. In this paper we present a model for routing game over time in the Internet network considering ow dependent delay on routers, which is more realistic in context of calculating equilibrium ow and analyzing network eciency.
