Abstract

Artistic tourism as one of the most attractive and profitable types of tourism in the world economy and the best factor in the closeness of cultures and civilizations, brings with it thousands of unspoken emotional, emotional and cultural human beings to far and near lands and a huge share In the structure of interaction and exchange of cultures and finally the establishment and continuation of peace and friendship. This issue is of great importance and advantage due to the geopolitical conditions of the Caspian Sea basin and the existence of different cultures in the region and the participation of the people of these countries. The purpose of this study - which was done by descriptive and analytical methods - is to study the pathology and obstacles in the way and provide effective solutions to expand and develop the art tourism industry in the Caspian Sea countries. This research seeks to answer the following questions: 1. What are the obstacles to the development of artistic tourism in the Caspian Sea? 2. What should be done to face the obstacles to the development of artistic tourism in the Caspian Sea? The results indicate that the most important obstacles to art tourism can be the feeling of political, social and cultural insecurity by tourists or their hosts, lack of research and information, high costs, poor health, welfare facilities, Development plans and protection plans for tourist sites, the lack of training of specialized manpower in the education system and higher education in the Caspian Sea and the problems of issuing visas and related services.
