Abstract

Chutashi is an art that Tarbestan artists create with beautifully crafted decorative and functional decorations with abundant skills of native wood around them and with hand tools. The form and roles on the chutney bowls are taken from the creative mind of the artist. The position of this art, in addition to culture and life, can also be found in Tabari folk literature. This research, which was done in a descriptive way, attempts to examine the status of the material, tools, and routines of Chutashi art in the popular literature of Tabari. Research results show that popular folk literature such as proverbs, poems and songs ... Various vocabulary of chutashi art material, tools, roles and products are used with romantic, mystical or fake and epic themes, and each one Shows the importance of using the content of local Persian literature and its impact on the creation of works of Tabarestan's Chutashi, or the effect of the position of this art on ethnic literature, and this could be the root of Chutashi art position in that ancient land.
