Women’s right is one of the issues and challenging problems of the time of ignorance (before Islam) and in the modern world. Restoring women’s dignity, the Holy Quran marked a new attitude towards women. Therefore, it is necessary to review, describe and analyze the rights of women in modern societies from the perspective of the Holy Quran. The present study is a descriptive-analytical study and is based on documents and library resources attempting to express the position of Holy Quran in this regard. Research findings indicate that from the perspective of the Qur'an, a woman has the most significant human rights such as the right to live, the right to vote and choose a job in the community although Islam has not forced her to work to earn their living costs and her family’s. Therefore, Islam has managed to restore women’s rights in a more appropriate and comprehensive way compared to other approaches such as feminism and what some societies have apparently done in defense of women’s rights has only been in Islam’s name and does not reflect the views of Islam or the Holy Quran.
