Introduction

Mahdi Moradi Berlian was born in 1988 in Hamedan. He graduated from high school in the field of humanities. He finished his bachelor's degree in law as the top student in the course. In the master's exam (2010), he was ranked 9th in the Public Law field and 4th in Environmental Law. He completed his master's degree (2013) at Shahid Beheshti University with an excellent grade point average and a grade of 19.80 to complete his thesis. After getting the first rank in the interview (2013), he studied as a Ph.D. student at Shahid Beheshti University. During this period, he focused on interdisciplinary studies in law and Islamic political thought. He wrote his dissertation "Islamic Modern State; Possibility or Impossibility? And graduated with an excellent grade (20) and the first rank in the Ph.D. (2018). Moradi is currently an Assistant Professor of Public Law at the University of Mazandaran.
