Abstract

In this research, we try to develop a chemometrics model to predict the compressive strength of cement Portland fromr its chemical composition. As you may know one of the most important indicators of cement quality which plays an important role in facilitating the flexibility to perform the necessary action on the product is its physical and mechanical properties The main aim of this study is to development a comperhensive model using chemometric techniques to find the effect of chemical composition of cement on the the mechanical properties of it.In the first step the concetration of some chemicals in such as AL,Fe,Mg,Ca,Si and SO42- in cement are determinded . The relation between these al factor and mechanical propaties of cement are modelas .The deep understanding of this interrelationships will provide the ability to predict the future properties of cement without the need to wait for results for compressive strength experiments ( in age of 28 days), and thus to have the facility to manage the mixture of raw materials, which ensures the production of cement conforming to the specification for Portland cement
