Abstract Team sports are a group environment in which individuals from various backgrounds often come together in pursuit of a common goal. In this study, we investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and team cohesion in team sports. The research sample was 50 male volleyball players who played in the Iranian volleyball league. El and GEQ questionnaires were used to measure emotional intelligence and team cohesion. The collected data were analyzed using correlation coefficient. SPSS version 22 software was used to check the data.Results: The result of the study showd that there is ……Conclusion: In fact can said that use of authority and chose of type of authority in organization can be subjected to the philosophical mindset.
