Abstract

Recent researches has shown that covering the surface of electrodes with polymer membranes is an interesting solution to increase the power and field of electrochemically modified electrodes. In the current study, the most important goal is to investigate the synthesis of adsorbent based on the electropolymerization of 1 and 5 diaminonaphthalene on graphite pencil core for the solid phase microextraction of diazinon and amitraz toxins and then their measurement with HPLC-UV. The advantages of the proposed method based on new nanomaterials include relative ease, simplicity and cheapness of the synthesis method, fast and convenient extraction process, possibility for high volume samples, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy in pre-concentration and measurement of diazinon. It is worth mentioning that by reviewing scientific researches and sources, we have found that conducting this research is important and necessary in terms of subject and method. This means that no research has been found regarding the topic of the current study. Therefore, this research is one of the novel one in the field.
