Introduction
My name is Hamid Hamidian. I was born in Razavi Khorasan, in the city of Sabzevar. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Law at Hakim Sabzevari University and pursued my Master's degree in International Business Law at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, defending my thesis on the topic of "Interpretive Doctrine in Marine Insurance Policies" in 2015. In 2016, I began my PhD in Private Law at Shiraz University, defending my dissertation on "Social Responsibility in Business Law and International Investment" in 2021. Since 2015, I have been teaching in various legal fields, and my research interests lie in business law and international investment, particularly focused on corporate social responsibility. I also have a history of registering patents for inventors and several brands, trade names, and industrial designs in the Iranian Intellectual Property Center system and its international registration in WIPO.
