The aim of this study was to use a very simple and sensitive technique to evaluate Celecoxib(CEL) in water and human plasma. The most reported techniques for the extraction and preconcentration of celecoxib are liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) methods [1-4] and solid phase extraction (SPE) [5,6]. To the best of our knowledge, there has been no paper on the use of liquid phase microextraction techniques for extraction of Celecoxib.
