In this study, CNTs were deposited directly on impregnated Fe/CP substrate utilizing CVD process. The influence of wet impregation conditions and CVD growth parameters on CNTs. FESEM, TEM and Raman, CA and CV for CNTs/Cp electrode have been applied.The obtained results indicated that the proposed nano structure serves as a promising candidate for many technological applications specially CNT supported catalyst.
