In this paper a novel and convenient method for the synthesis of 2,3- Dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones is described via the three component reaction of isatoic anhydride, amine and aldehyde derivatives catalyzed by Fe3O4/arginine nanocomposite under microwaves irradiation.
