Abstract

One of the problems of the contemporary world is the existence of negative and evil events. War, disease, flood, earthquake and cruelty are some of them. Finding a way to get rid of these negative events is very important and it makes the good things increase. Muslim philosophers, like other philosophers of the world, have proposed various issues in their works that can be investigated and researched. The main question of this research is: From Mulla Sadra's point of view, what is thinking about death and how does it cause creativity in life? This research investigated the views of the greatest Muslim philosopher with a descriptive and analytical method. One of the issues he raised in his works is the correct thought about death. If a person can change his thoughts about death and understand its correct meaning, one of its effects is to avoid evil and negative events. On the contrary, it is doing good work that can be considered true creativity. From his point of view, death is the perfection of the soul and the beginning of a new journey to enter another world. The beauty or ugliness of the other world after death is determined by humans. These lead to a correct understanding of death. After a correct understanding of death, the imagination analyzes and develops it. This growth causes a new identity to form in humans, which causes creativity.
