Fe3O4/ZnO nanocomposite is synthesized by sol-gel method using iron nitrate, ethylene glycol, zinc acetate dehydrate, and ammonium carbonate as precursors. After dissolving the Fe3O4 nanoparticles in distilled water, zinc oxide was added to the solution at different molar ratios and put under magnetic stirring. The nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X- Powder software, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Field-Effect Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX). The obtained results showed that, with increasing the aspect ratio and reducing the size of the nanocomposite, the nanocomposite characterization improved. Fe3O4/ZnO (1:10) can be considered one of the options in the field of cyborg.
