Abstract

The recent COVID 19 pandemic, has not only revealed the unpredictable nature of the business environment but has also demonstrated that change is indeed inevitable. This noted inevitability of change; particularly that which impacts on the economic activities of societies; is such that places a premium on organizational resilience. To survive and remain competitive, organizations are expected to be able to cope during turbulent times and to be consistent in their service offerings and demands. Studies suggest that the key to sustained operations and business continuity during periods of turmoil lies in the development of options advanced prior to such periods; as well as the organization's ability to identify and latch on to existing as well as emerging opportunities during such periods of turmoil. Despite the large number of studies that dealt with the reasons behind the existence of more innovative organizations than others, but that A study of the factors that enhance the innovation capability of organizations, with both the exploratory and investment sectors, still forming a field of challenge. Some researchers believe that the ability of the organization to innovate depends on a number of factors on the extent to which the organization has the ability. The literature of study shows many research in the area of strategic agility, innovation and organizational resilience. This matter shows us the importance of these variables for organizations. Also for Iraq corporation along with the literature, there is not enough research about the effect of strategic agility on organizational resilience. This research aims to find this relationship and according to the results of previous studies we think that, Innovation capability can play a significant role in this relationship. So we are going to answer these question in this study: A. What is the Effect of strategic agility on organizational resilience?, B. What is the Effect of strategic agility on innovation capability?, and C. What is the Effect of innovation capability on organizational resilience?
