Abstract

In this paper, the Chebyshev spectral method is applied to solve the nonlinear Fisher fractional equation with initial boundary conditions. Many researchers have perused time and space fractional Fisher’s equation including , differential transform method , variational iteration method , etc. Here, the fractional derivative is considered in Caputo type, Then, by using the Chebyshev spectral collocation method, the problem is transformed into an algebraic system. The results show that this method is an acceptable method for numerical solution of the Fisher equation.
